LEAK TESTING MACHINE


The machine is a manual loading and unloading machine, designed and built to check Air Leakage in the Oil Seals. It gives a signal for the OK & NG seal.

The amount of Air Leakage that the machine is able to detect is very important for the functionality of the product and if the leakage is higher in the Oil Seal is particularly dangerous for the functionality of the product where it is put to use.

INLINE SPRING CHECKING MACHINE


The machine is a manual loading manual unloading machine, designed and built to check the presence and correct positioning of the spring in the oil seal and to stack the oil seals for packing.

The incorrect positioning that the machine is able to detect is the case in which the spring is undermined from its seat, particularly dangerous for the functionality of the product because the spring can easily come out of the seal.

ROPE CONVEYOR FOR RUBBER EXTRUDER


The machine is a manual loading and unloading machine, designed and built for stacking the Rubber Rope supplied from the Extruder machine.

Immediate Stacking of the Rubber ropes is very important for the storage purpose to avoid any foreign particle or contamination. Hence can be kept in favorable environmental conditions for a longer time before use.

The working range is between a minimum external diameter of about 8 mm and a maximum external diameter of about 16 mm.

CUSTOMIZED PROFILE WELDING MACHINE


The machine is a manual loading and unloading machine, designed and built to perform welding on two mettalic parts and join then at four different points.
