TORQUE TEST FOR CHAIN & PIPE WRENCHES RIG


Torque test setup for Pipe Wrench, Chain Wrench and Bolt. This machine works as a Torque Testing apparatus

A. STATIC LOAD (IS 4003 PART1, IS 4003 PART2,IS 4123)
Static load is to be applied at the handle of Chain/Pipe wrench at varying distances from the center of the test specimen. The torque specification ranges from 180-6500 Nm. The application of load point distance from the center of the test specimen varies from 120-1300mm, depending upon the size of Wrench.

B. STATIC SHOCK LOAD (IS 4003 PART1, IS 4003 PART2)
Static Shock load of 13,18,22,27N (individually for different pipe wrenches) is to be applied only for Pipe Wrench testing. This static shock load is to be applied in conduction with the reduced static load.

C. STATIC LOAD/CANTILEVER TEST OF 150 KG(IS 10238)
Load is to be applied to the M16 bolt near head, through thread/wire after fastening the bolt to solid support.



BURST STRENGTH TEST FOR CORRUGATED BOXES


TEST METHOD FOR BURSTING STRENGTH TEST IS: 1060 (PART-1)-1966

CLAUSE 12.5

It is used to test the bursting pressure of corrugated boxes. The pressure wrt time graph is generated and burst pressure if any is recorded. Equipment can be run upto pressure of 30 Bar.



VIBRATION TABLE FOR PET BOTTLES


Purpose of Machine

This machine helps to determine the ability of a closure (or a container) to prevent leakage due to the transport vibration. As per IS 2798: 1998.

Operate the table between 3,4 and 6Hz ( 180, 240 and 360 RPM) for the predetermined period to give a peak acceleration in the range of 0.5 to 1.1g ( 4.9 m/s2 to 10.78 m/s2).
